Senior Graphic Designer Job in Healthpole

Who are we looking for:

Healthpole is looking to expand its team in Pune. We are currently looking for a creative Graphic Designer with the knowledge to interpret our marketing needs and design solutions with high visual impact.

You will work on a variety of projects which will include creating the company s brand identity, branding collaterals, social media creatives and illustrations to be used across all the company s mobile applications and web-based platform along with UI projects for our products.

Responsibilities:

• repair design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve design issues
• Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming convention and organization of files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experienced in 2D and 3D character animation using After Effects.
• Strong foundation in the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction and audio mixing.
• Have passion for motion design and storytelling.
• Working knowledge in Flash and video editing softwares will be nice to have.
• Time and resource management skills; Work well under pressure.
• Ability to learn fast and take direction.
