As part of our Culture and Talent team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute engagement strategies that foster a sense of community, recognition, and growth. Your role will involve curating engaging experiences, analyzing feedback, and implementing initiatives that elevate our employee experience. Additionally, you'll work closely with the onboarding team to engage with new employees and handle any logistics related to that, as well as coordinate with stakeholders who are a part of the new Headouter's onboarding process. You are a people person: You have a high social energy and are an extrovert by nature. Passion for Engagement: Your 2+ year of experience in employee engagement, HR, or related roles has fueled your passion for enhancing workplace dynamics and fostering strong team connections. Innovative Mindset: Your creative thinking has led to the development of impactful engagement programs that celebrate achievements, encourage growth, and create a positive work atmosphere. Communication Expertise: Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to craft compelling messages and engaging campaigns that resonate with employees at all levels. Data-Driven Approach: You're comfortable leveraging data to derive insights, measure engagement outcomes, and make informed decisions to improve our initiatives continually. Stakeholder Management: You have the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure a seamless flow of information and collaboration. Bonus: You have experience in handling engagement activities end to end in an organization with a mix of remote and hybrid employees. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
