The Role Craft the architecture of consumer applications, anticipate and solve strategic and scaling challenges for a fast paced growing product. Lead a fast-growing team of young, passionate, talented and fun loving superstars. Own the technical vision and delivery of all consumer-facing features. Work closely with Product and Business leadership teams to build useful and beautiful experience for our customers. Get your hands dirty with cross-platform architectural challenges, new frameworks, design patterns, and technologies. Help to improve the development process of the consumer team to optimize for innovation, speed of delivery, and quality of user experience. Be a talent builder to attract, mentor, and grow best in class engineers and managers in the industry. Build and contribute to open-source libraries and components. You know how to balance between creativity and process. CSS in JS or old school style of CSS files? SQL or NoSQL? Containers vs Serverless?
