Job Description
- Achieve Fincon budget of Branches/ Channel assigned Sales Manager to ensure SPC branches to meet SPC assigned target.
- Sales Manager to ensure channel (VRM / COP / Prime) card Fincon Budgets is achieved.
- Branch / Channel Resource Wise activation on Prime.
- Regular MIS sharing with RBB on branch resource level status on LG and LC Proper Training to branch staff on Digital mode of card issuance Proper communication of Income that they will generate through Card issuance on various cards product variants.
- To drive X Sell Driving all X-sell parameters like Smart Pay, Add On, Forex Card, Card for Sure, GI, One Assist, Loan product on Cards (Jumbo Loan, Insta loan, Smart EMI) Standing Instruction on Debit Card and Debit Card upgrades.
- Opening CASA Account for all open market customers and who wish to apply for Super premium credit cards.
- SmartHub ME App to all Business card / Self Employed customers.
- Selling other asset products like Consumer Durable Loan, PL 10 Sec, Auto Loan, TW Loan etc.
- Adherence to laid down sales processes Cogent process to be followed with timely updating visits every month about key discussing about all important parameters for all branches managed.
- Timely updating CRM/DAP leads and tracking to ensure TAT is maintained Timely updating of all trigger leads Adherence of curing process for NON TASU curable Timely spot audits to be conducted for BDRs to check the hygiene within team Timely response to QIG complaints and Queries.
- Right Card to Right Customer Cross Sell on existing carded customers to ensure higher activation and usage.
- BDR Hiring & Mentoring Interviewing and shortlisting right candidates for the role of Credit Card BDRs To Coach the BDR team on product & process To motivate and mentor the team for improving productivity To conduct timely training and repeated refresher sessions.
- Ensure timely updation of PLP changes to BDR team with proper explanation about same.
