Job Summary
- Job Description
- Design and Detailing of Piping including routing, hook up to equipment etcconsidering all live loads including flow, pressure, temperature etc including liveloads and environmental factors.
- Preparation of Mechanical Project Specifications
- Preparation of Design Data, Design Basis, Design Calculations & Design Instructions for Projects
- Coordination with Client / Site / Equipment Manufacturer / Supplier to study site queries / difficulties, finding solution for the same
- Vendor drawing review
- Finalization of General Arrangement & details of Process and other structures incoordination with Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
- Preparation of Estimation / BOQ / Costing for bidding purposes for projects
- Job Requirements
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a Leading University
- Candidate with minimum 10 years of experience as Mechanical Design Engineer ina leading multinational company and having experience in designing and thoroughknowledge of all the design codes such as ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API etc
- Experienced in design based on manual as well as using appropriate design software such as STAAD Pro ,Pro E,CAESER etc and should have worked on AutoCAD.
- Should have enough experience in handling Major Projects
- Should possess good Leadership Skills
- Should possess good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and all associated parties
- Should possess the drive and passion to succeed
- Should have Strong communication skills and team mentoring ability
