Job Description / Responsibilities:

Managing & formulating end-to-end procurement concepts for Solar PV projects.

Resourceful in ensuring vendors & contractors meets quality, delivery, cost & service expectations as well as providing outstanding value in supplier innovation.

Identifying, selecting, assessing pre-qualification documents of vendors, and categorizing them based on capability, capacity, feasibility and market goodwill.

Preparing tender documents, issuing RFQ conducting techno-commercial analysis of proposals, negotiation with vendors, Placement of Contracts and their Administration & Closure.

Formulating cost estimation based on bill of quantity (BOQ) through back-up database, DSR rates along with conducting cost breakdown analysis.

Resolving technical issues between vendors and engineering team as well as with internal agencies.

Administering techno-commercial negotiation for finalization of price, payment terms, financial & legal clauses, delivery period, customize technical requirement, warrantees & guarantees for spares, consumables and service requirement relating to Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, C&I, and administration domain and getting them approved from management as per the led down SOPs

Drafting contracts, purchase orders, work orders, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) & annual rate contracts (ARCs), Outline Agreements and issuance of the same as well as Dispute resolution, review and amendment of contracts as per requirement

Obtaining approvals like MNRE / SECI / GEDA/ PEDA/ LAND and other approvals each project.

Developing weekly & monthly MIS for monitoring of procurement activities and sharing the same with top management

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech Electrical
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
