• Responsibilities:

• Management of companys Windows and Linux server infrastructure, including day-to-day administration design and architecture
• Optimize current infrastructure using industry best practices
• Ensure that allserver-based servicesare created and functioning
• Understand and provide necessary evidence for all compliance and security controls
• Control and monitor user access to the systems
• Conduct security and compliance related scans, remediating vulnerabilities and other findings as necessary
• Serve as point of contact with third party vendors for technical support
• Assist as necessary with any other assigned duties that may arise

• Requirements:

• BE/BSc/ME/MCA/M.Sc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent degree/experience.
• 9+ years of progressively responsible experience in related roles
• Expert knowledge in the following areas / concepts:
• WindowsServer and Linux operating systems
• Active Directory (Design and maintenance,grouppolicyobjects, permissions)
• Enterprise storage systems
• Enterprise class hardware
• Data center operations
• System monitoring and administration tool sets-VCenter,ADUC, AD Sites and Services, etc.
• Understanding of network design and administrationand networking protocols
• Understanding of server protocols and services -DNS, DHCP,PKI, IIS
• Understanding of security tools and software anti-virus, malware, firewalls
• Solid understanding of WSUS patching solutions
• Experience withBitDefenderantivirus and SolarWinds Patch manager
• Background with script writing especially PowerShell

• Other Skills

• Industry recognized certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA,etc) highly desirable
• Hands on experience with automation suites (vRealize, Ansible, BMC,etc)
• Experience with Active Directory domain consolidations a plus
• A strong desire to make a difference.
• Able to set objectives, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast moving business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has broad perspective and understanding of business and trends in the market place; is current on business and industry trends.
