What You Will Do :Job Description: PMO
- Working with a cross functional team (product management, project management, development, QA, documentation, support)
- Product development lifecycle experience from concept development through to robust product delivered to market.
- Work with functional team leads to develop project plans and track through the release cycle
- Work with functional team leads to identify potential risks pro-actively, mitigation plan and communicate appropriately
- Status, risks and challenges reporting
- Bringing in process to better product deliverables and ensure defined processed are followed at the project team level
- Reviewing programs at regular intervals and ensuring that review happens at all levels in the project teams.
- Appraise the client with appropriate status report Resolve Escalation in a timely manner and appraise senior management.
What You Need :
Skills:
- 8+ years IT experience with the last four years in project management.
- Strong Personality and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Engineering/MCA background.
- Must have Strong PDLC knowledge and background
- Must have Scope management, Estimation, Planning, Release Management experience
- Must have Strong Process orientation.
- Must have Experience in managing project status, risk and metrics
- Nice to have - PMP Certification
