Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain of SQL Server (Knowledge of Sybase have added advantage)
Technical Skills
2. Programming views, stored procedures, and functions, Experience working with large data sets and complex stored procedures
3. Experience in working on data transfers between heterogeneous databases MS-SQL to Sybase/Oracle and vice-versa , SSIS Knowledge
4. Able to debug and troubleshoot technical problems
5. Well versed in performance tuning
6. Designing and coding database tables to store the application s data
7. Data modeling to visualize database structure
8. Must be having knowledge of Normalization techniques.
9. Reviewing query performance and optimizing code
10. Must be having knowledge of SQL joins.
11. Writing complex queries used for front-end applications (websites, desktop applications, or cloud apps)
12. Working with application developers to create optimized queries
13. Creating database triggers for automation as and when required.
14. Creating table indexes to improve database performance.
