Design Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• -Co ordinate with Architect , Structural engineer and other consultants and ensuring to deliver error free drawing , right specification and correct methodology at site within mentioned time frame.

• -Strength: Able to handle 6 to 7 design engineer team independently.

• -Acting as guides to the designers by suggesting them appropriate references when a new project is being done and there is a requirement for looking up on references.

• -To hold technical discussion with the client and to convince them for the proposed solutions and to understand their requirements and deigning them accordingly.

• -Should have been involved in the development of the prototype and successful testing of the same and then involved to run the series production

• -Provide leadership in building and growing the teams skills sets in personnel and hardware capabilities.

• -Leads UX work on multiple projects, leveraging his good time-management and mentoring skills.

• -Is responsible for developing the people on his team in particular, junior and mid-level members of the team.

• -Working with the business to understand what it needs from the UI/UX team.

• -Enjoys project planning and resource management for a program of UI/UX work.

• -Manages a program of work and the people on each project

• -Leads the development of a product or has responsibility for project management for the development of a UX design solution.

• -Providing detailed design and/or research and UX leadership on individual projects.

• -Be a quality gatekeeper, ensure standards are followed.

• -Create a cohesive and collaborative working environment and to keep design at the forefront of everything.

Requirements

• -The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team and be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment.

• -Highly motivated, detail oriented, systematic and methodical approach in product validation, follow through on every bug from discovery to resolution.
