Industry- Lighting Industry

Candidate should be from lighting Industry

Experience of techno commercial selling/ marketing experience to IT/ITES/BFSI/manufacturing industries/institutions & Govt. departments.
Development of institutional/project customers.
Responsible for driving desired sales profitability for given target achievement.

Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.

Result orientation with good communication skills.
Prospecting/market mapping.
Appointment of channel partners & nurturing them.
Timely promotional activity, conducting seminars.
Periodical MIS submission.
Ensuring resolution of customer complaints in coordination with customer service team.

Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.

Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales heads.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
