Job Title: OTC Process Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Process: Work within the OTC value stream, which includes end-to-end business processes for sales fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
- Key Functions: The role will support one of the following functions:
- Business Development: Assist with Pricing, Contracts, Proposals, and Quotes.
- Operations: Support Sales Order Management and Invoicing.
- Data and Document Management: Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data, as well as system documents, ensuring accuracy, detail, and timeliness.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.
- Peer Training: Provide training and support to new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of OTC processes and efficiency.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote and comply with all safety and environmental regulations and procedures relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor s Degree in Business is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment is required. Experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering, is highly preferred.
- Skills: Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred, specifically within business development or operations related to sales, contracts, and invoicing.
