Job Summary BASIC FUNCTIONBe responsible for1. Payables of inventories and other cost related accounts2. Fixed assetsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Check the validity of the payment requests and original supporting documents according to both external and internal control requirements2. Maintain the voucher and sub-ledger3. Foreign exchange and tax control on payment to out of PRC4. 3rd party reconciliation5. Co-ordinate in inter-company reconciliation6. Fixed assets control in acquisition, transfer, disposal, duty-free and yearly count7. RFE and contracts control filing8. Co-ordinate in VAT refund on export9. Excise Records Maintenance and Filing ERI Monthly10. Sales Tax Liability verification and Deposit the same along with Monthly returns.11. Petty Cash management12. Staff advance Management13. Supplier advance Management.RELATIONSHIPSA. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with the Accountants and the relevant departments;B. External Contacts-Regular contact with banks, foreign exchange control authorities, suppliersMinimum Requirements

College degree and above; Minimum two years experience in relevant function in a manufacturing environment; Familiar with laws, regulations, statutory or administrative requirements for foreign exchange payments as well as for withholding tax; Proactive to deal with problems; Good communication, Good English speaking and writing skills; Good computer skills with MS Office

B.Com, M.Com
