Minimum Requirements

Incumbent should be PG in IR and PM or an MBA with spl in HR from reputed institute. He should be able to speak Punjabi. Must be able to lead the team and must have good exp in IR, HR and Admin. Exp in handling work force more than 1000 employee is MUST.
