Job Summary
Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc
- A degree in chemistry and/or chemical engineering, typically with a PhD
- Some years experiencein chemical production, PRA, and plant introduction
- Good background in synthetic organic chemistry, technical chemistry or chemical engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of process safety, chemical reaction hazards, electrostatics and environmental issues
- Good general knowledge of financial aspects from a chemical plant, continuous improvement and change management
- Ability to work in an environment with constant changes and high uncertainties (late chemical process definition, production planning, project planning, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
- Fluent German and fluent English communication skills
