Responsibilities
The Phone Survey Analysts role is to conduct phone interviews and collect data from contacts regarding energy and water usage among other subjects.
The individual will input the data collected and ensure quality and accuracy of the data collected.
The Phone Survey Analyst will also assist in the analysis of the data.
The Phone Survey Analyst will work as part of a larger team but will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
Essential Job Functions:
- Conducting phone surveys for Energy Efficiency Evaluations
- Entering data in the data tracking system
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service
Requirements:
- BS in any discipline
- 2+ years previous phone calling experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Typing Skills
- Willingness to work in extended shifts and night shifts as required by individual projects
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Voice accent training a plus
- Arabic language skills a plus
