* Should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance Carriers in US
* Excellent communication Skills Required
* Should be able to prepare AR Reports
* Must have an experience in AR Calling including Charge Posting and Payment Posting
* Should be familiar with at least one or more EMR / PMS systems
* Should be able to handle appointment scheduling process
* Should be flexible to work in different shifts
Preferred Experience:
* Medicare / Medicaid and IPA background
* Knowledge of Advantage Plans, Capitated plans and HMO's
* Knowledge of Appeals process
* Experience in DME billing will be an added advantage
Shift Time: 05:00 PM to 03:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days week
Holidays: US and Indian Holidays (Selected)
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
