Present and promote company products and services to potential customers through effective sales presentations and demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
