Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situations during client deliverables.
- Strong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 10 drafters and designers.
- Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training.
- Ability to lead from the front, be a team leader, and a team player, always ready to take on new challenges.
- Execute SCAN to BIM projects for the US geography, ensuring accurate conversion of scanned data into BIM models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration.
- Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on SCAN to BIM projects, specifically for the US geography.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Recap, and Scan conversion software tools such as Cyclone, Faro Scene, and others.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with other disciplines including MEPF, structural, and architectural teams.
- Creation of CAD & Revit models and production drawings.
- Development of detailed design drawings and specifications for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Projects using Revit/CAD software (Revit Architecture and AutoCAD).
- Leading and coordinating with other employees to design, layout, or detail components and systems and resolve design issues.
- Reviewing and analyzing specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs.
- Provide Bill of Materials (BOM) management and sourcing support for all components within the design.
- Making necessary design decisions/judgements based on intellectual thought.
- Communication and assistance to other departments with calculations and datasheets.
- Qualification:
- B.Arch or B.E in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work from our office in Pune, India.
