Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients and ensure all of their requirements are well understood; and build sustainable business relationships
• Plan, manage, execute, and deliver projects on-time. Flag delays and complexities in-time for efficient delivery
• Document projects/requirements/client goals after kickoff call and put together a plan
• Summarize, and prepare MoM of all the client meetings
• Cross-functional collaboration with respective internal teams to fulfil all client requests
• Seek constructive feedbacks from the clients and craft successful testimonials and keep track of all the processes
• Act as the clients representative and ensure their demands are met with the aim to improve the client experience
