Job Summary About the role:As a member of our Marketing team you will drive user growth by acquiring new users via digital media campaigns. You will own, manage and optimize multiple campaigns while overseeing external partners and agencies as needed.
What you will do everyday:
  • Leading marketing campaigns from the idea to implementation, including monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of digital channels, networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential consumers
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital/mobile advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of our digital marketing solutions
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including - SEO/SEM, 1st party & 3rd party marketing data and video/display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify category trends and insights and optimise media spends on performance marketing based on these insights
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSSkills you need to do the job:
  • 5-6 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and data, managing customer life cycle, segmentation data models is a plus
  • Ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights leading to stronger consumer retention strategy, product innovation and customer experience modules
  • Ability to seek and implement data driven strategies towards improved retention and higher month-over-month growth
  • Ability to manage cross functional stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and be able to handle multiple CLM projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage multifunctional teams
