We are interested in hiring a young, energetic, hardworking and engaged Telecaller to join our Sales department. Your main goal will be to boost sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients/customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible to resolve all queries related to products and services that we offer to our potential clients. Further, you have to build a healthy relationship with our current and prospective clients/customers.
- Cold calling / making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- The candidate should also be responsible for making outbound calls for sell of our digital marketing services like seo, smo, google ads.
- Generate lead for services like digital marketing, website development
- Generate meeting / generate sales
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Responsibilities of candidates include:
- Diploma / Graduation
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Computer and Internet Knowledge must
- Good Communication skill
