Experience 3 to 6 years Qualification Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field. Job Description Lead and Supervise team of SQL developer/DBA team of 7 resources Assisting DBA manager in production allotment, development activities Managing complex data processing, transformation, migration activities involving SQL/MS-Access/MS-excel platform Should have good background knowledge of business process management and adoption in IT/SQL dbase perspective Knowledge of data quality management, master data management in business/ITES environment. Managing requirement gathering from production converting to technical specification for DBA team and deploying to production. Key Skills Process management and liaison between production and DBA team MS-SQL, MS-Access, MS-Excel VBA knowledge is nice to have Team management- Selection, training, skill, and knowledge management.
