Job Summary The Compliance Analyst II will help identify functions and business practices requiring compliance activities and will help the Compliance team develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor the compliance program. The Compliance Analyst II may help the department to coordinate with other organizational functions such as human resources, legal affairs, and others on educational and training programs focusing on the elements of the compliance program to ensure that the whole staff is knowledgeable of and complies with applicable federal, state, and industry standards. The role would also work within the Compliance team, and closely partner with Procurement/Finance, Legal teams, and other key stakeholders to maintain Greenway Health s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a companywide resource and liaison on policies, contract issues and provisions, communications, workflow, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues. Analyze and determine the best course of action for each inquiry/problem. Develop and update plan policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Conduct periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Coordinate compliance awareness campaign, assisting with resource page, developing, and maintaining SharePoint. Prepare reports and dashboards . Assist in developing, producing, and conducting staff training on compliance matters. Plan and coordinate with members in the Compliance Team. Independently manage the core TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) processes to monitor, mitigate, and report on risk from third-party relations, with minimal guidance from the Compliance Manager. This may include, but is not limited to: Tracking and processing contract renewals and extensions Conducting third-party risk and due diligence assessments in alignment with Greenway s security policies and industry standards. Complete monitoring and control tasks triggered by Greenway s tiered third-party risk model. Monitoring of vendor internal audits, escalations, and contractual agreements to assess performance, quality, and compliance of third parties. Consistently work with Business Owners and Vendors to improve business and vendor performance in line with agreed service levels. Greenway Health, LLC. All rights reserved. Education and Experience: High School Degree At least 3 years of experience in process management, and at least 5 years of overall experience. Prior experience in Compliance program and/or Third-Party Management would be an added benefit. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities : Working knowledge of laws and/or regulations in the area of compliance; HIPAA regulations The individual in this role must demonstrate a high level of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail. Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite). Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills Experience working with and evaluating compliance with TPRM Exceptional relationship management with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
