Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling employee query related to projects possession, demand, receipt and Builder Buyer Agreement.

Handle all incoming calls from employees/customers, Give quality information about CRM projects.

Handle and resolve the complaints and grievances of the employees/customers pertaining to CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

Supporting planning and delivery processes of CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.

Must have ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. Excellent communication skills.

Must have Sales process awareness and Commercial awareness

Proficient on MS Excel & Power point
