Intern Social Media Job in Green Gold Animations Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Building platform-wise social media strategy and calendar
• Support content planning & content packaging (captions, hashtags, thumbnails etc.)
• Manage daily publishing & scheduling across platforms (Meta/Instagram / YouTube etc.)
• Research & contribute ideas for tentpole events and festivals
• Track and identify emerging social media trends before they peak; propose relevant content opportunities
• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and platform scans to identify best practices & content opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for asset development
• Monitor comments / community sentiment and surface key observations to team
• Work with analytics dashboards to extract key insights and learnings

Must-have Skills

• Good communication skills in English (and ability to understand Hindi)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, etc.)
• Awareness of popular culture, kids & entertainment space is a plus (not mandatory)
• Attention to detail, organised and proactive mindset

NOTE : Candidates with good performance will be converted to full-time employees with CTC ranging from 1.8 to 2.4 LPA.
