Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you are expected to have sound knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. You are required to have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture including functionalities like AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages, and journey builder. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) will be an added advantage.

As a leading service provider for Salesforce in Chandigarh and Panchkula, we are looking for somebody with 2 6 or above years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Qualifying candidate(s) will join our Panchkula office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have keen understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Should have experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
• Should have knowledge of various marketing programs in the campaign and marketing world.
• Should be able to take ownership of implementation projects.
• Should be able to build customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Must adhere to internal Quality Management System procedures & Information Security Controls according to the implemented Information Security Management System of the organization.
• Immediate reporting to the reporting manager/supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
