That primarily means Product Management, Digital Design, iOS, Android, Frontend Web, QA, and Backend teams Screening and evaluating potential candidates to determine if they meet Grappus s needs Working closely with the recruitment consultants to close the open positions Responsible for the campus hiring Having a digital presence and constantly looking out for new ways to find talent on different platforms Be a part of employer branding and represent company at jobs fairs & campus events Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview status Connecting and speaking with new candidates to develop Grappus s pipeline Keeping detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations Conducting initial orientation of the newly hired employees Must have 1-2 years of recruitment experience in an extremely fast-paced environment, finding and hiring high quality talent across multiple levels Proven experience sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and hiring candidates from start to finish Excellent people skills, and the ability to converse with and deeply understand anyone A great attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills Highly creative yet organized Proficiency in using ATS tool
