Tech Lead Full Stack Javascript/ Python Job in Gramener

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 8 12 years of experience in Python and JavaScript development. You will architect and design new solutions, develop internal tools for data analysis and visualization, and lead data-driven projects from concept to delivery. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design data pipelines and data flow architecture for scalable solutions.
• Build and integrate custom solutions that leverage models, algorithms, and point solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and work closely with pre-sales teams to propose and implement solutions.
• Develop internal tools for data analysis and visualization using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, R, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage data-driven projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Demonstrate solutions and product capabilities to clients, addressing their technical needs and objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 12 years of hands-on programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
• Strong foundation in data pipeline design and data flow architecture.
• Experience with Linux, JIRA, and Apache.
• Proven ability to architect scalable solutions and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Familiarity with custom delivery frameworks and building MVP solutions for pre-sales activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills with a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

• BTech/Master s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in formulating, solutioning, and managing data-driven projects.
• Knowledge of integrating solutions across multiple domains and platforms.
• Willingness to travel to end-client sites when required.
