Job Summary
Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and expansion across global virtual volunteering clients Lead cadence calls with international clients, identify and implement initiatives to avoid churn and explore avenues to up-sell and maximize revenue Work closely with internal teams marketing, product, nonprofit partnerships, etc., to ensure successful project delivery Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability amongst current clients Liaison with product team to ideate, brainstorm and suggest changes in the product roadmap Own the business and influence leadership team by sensitizing them towards new user insights, product changes, new features etc. Align key metrics and objectives with the leadership teamJob RequirementDesired background: 0-2 years of work experience preferably in a client-facing role, cross-border exposure preferableDesired competencies: Cross-cultural exposure Strong communication skills Client management skills High energy and ownership Strong Bias for action Excellent organizational and team management skills Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work
