- BE / B. Tech./ M. Tech. (Civil) with over 10+ years of experience in execution of High-rise Residential apartments / Gated community Villa projects.
- Should be capable of heading the project of more than 10Lac.Sft, handling site in charge s, civil engineers, Contractors, Scheduling, Q.A & Q.C and coordinating with various departments.
- Leadership qualities essential,
- well versed with English, Telugu and Hindi languages.
