Job Summary
Job Profile
Key Responsibilities 1.Network Administrator is responsible for Managing uptime and day to day Operations of Network Infrastructure of Wireless LAN network, network switching and Campus access network (SDA) etc.
2.Candidate is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert and possess in-depth knowledge of networking, network devices like Cisco ISE, Wireless LAN controllers, wireless access points, Cisco DNA Controller, Cisco AnyConnect NAM agents for NAC , Campus network switches etc. and Wi-Fi network monitoring tools like Cisco Prime and network ITIL processes.
3.Person should Ensure that all Network Wi-Fi components meet their operational targets (SLA).
Job Description 1.Knowledge and understanding of Switching and routing protocol.
2.Responsible for uptime, capacity management of WIFI setup across India.
3.Expert level technical experience on network access control (NAC), Cisco ISE, Wireless LAN controller (WLC), Wireless Access points is must.
4.Must have good troubleshooting skills on DC LAN, Campus LAN & wireless network, SDWAN and SDN technologies.
5.Project management & vendor management experience of handling large scale project deployment of network across locations.
6.Experience of evaluating new technology in area of Wireless network and Campus LAN switching Network.
7.Administration and management (technical operations) in support of OEMs like Cisco, Fortinet and HP network infrastructure (Wireless LAN, Routing and Switching).
8.Understanding customer-s network and solving network related issues in minimum time.
9.Working on tickets raised by customers related to Wireless Network issues. Responsible for resolution of L2 and L3 level complex issues.
10.Implements changes to Network wireless enterprise infrastructure in order to correct errors or enhance functionality.
11.Experience on Monitoring tools like Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Nagios etc. will be an advantage.
12.Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation tools for existing manual processes.
13.Prepares technical reports, memoranda and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements.
14.Candidate should have experience facing internal and external audits and should have knowledge on IT standards like ISO 27000 & CMM etc.
15.Good verbal and written communications skills are must.
Qualification Details Essential Qualification: CCNA wireless / Certified Wireless Security Professional, Juniper Mist Preferred Qualification: CCNP / ITIL v3 Foundation. Experience Details Essential Experience: 1. Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in core networking -Wireless enterprise network, Routing, Switching etc.2. Expert level experience (minimum 4 years) on managing wireless networks. 3. Should have professional Certifications in CCNA wireless / Certified Wireless Security Professional/ CCNP / Juniper Mist etc.4. Knowledge of ITIL practices. Preferred Experience: 1. Project handling experience for rollout of network setup across locations. 2. Good verbal and written communications are must. Special Skill Essential : 1. Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in core networking -Wireless enterprise network, Routing, Switching etc.
2. Expert level experience (minimum 4 years) on managing wireless networks.
