Senior Game Designer Job in Goalreify

Responsibilities:

A game designer has a lot resting on his shoulders as he is expected to lead the game with his design idea along with the product manager. Everyone in the team is responsible for delivering the best possible experience and there is a lot of responsibility and accountability associated with the role. The game designer is expected to own the overall vision and make sure that every system in the game is tuned and plays well together with the rest. This person is the go-to whenever there is a question about a new feature, existing design or an event going on in the game. We expect that you d be leading and driving the following areas within the team: Game economy and system design Balancing the gameplay Creating live-ops events Contributing new design ideas and making the game more fun for our players Look at game performance metrics and suggest improvement points on the basis of those numbers
