Job Summary
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience in Telecalling:
- At least one-year exp will be considered
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising will be a plus
Extra Skills:
- Internet/MS Office/Email
- Ideas and Involvement in the Tourism Industry
Job Role:-
- Approaching B2C with travel packages
- Receiving and replying to customer questions regarding travel offers over the phone or through email.
- Search, find, define and offer relevant tour packages
- Familiarity with Goa location-wise
Languages: English, Hindi (fluent)
Job Outline:
- Make sure you have a slight idea of the local travel industry and its ongoing trends before applying.
- Strong communication and selling skills to be used in the commercial sector.
- Verbal and written fluency in the English language
