Job Summary

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for handling end to end business requests for Renewals in Coordination with Internal & external stake holders 2. Conduct research and data analysis, to take informed business decisions 3. Prepare and share reports/MIS 4. Drive Renewal process improvements and developments by coordinating with different departments like Tech/Non-Tech, Marketing, Actuarial, etc. 5. Suggest improvements in products & processes 6. Responsible for driving Renewal ratios at Head Office level for different channels Skills: 1. Good communication/Interpersonal skills 2. Good MS Excel skills 3. Comfortable in dealing with numbers 4. Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment 5. Knowledge of basic insurance concepts
