Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Candidate would report and work directly with the CEO to provide executive support. 2. Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads 3. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation 4. Candidate would be expected to research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. 5. Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics 6. Person will be expected to travel with CEO as and when required Desired qualification: 1. 3-4 years of overall experience 2. MBA is preferred 3. Preferably strategy consulting background 4. Candidate should be analytically aligned and proficient in Excel
