Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE

This profile involves preparation, review of audit schedules and financials in IGAAP & Ind AS on Monthly basis and interaction with corporate team and compilation of information of financing activities and corporate requirement. Preparation of variance analysis.
Handling of quarterly statutory audit and ensuring timely sharing of information with auditors,
Working out the impact of change in Accounting Standards in respect of Company financials and accounting impact of new transactions.
Delegation of work as per requirement to other team members/ SSC team.

ORGANISATION CHART

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Review of Standalone Financial Statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Updating of financials in BPC tool for Corporate reporting and additional information to Corporate team as per template.
Responding to the query for Corporate Team
Preparation of audit Plan in consultation with auditors and monitoring Thereof
Responding to the audit queries and explanations on accounting matters
Preparation and review Consolidated financial statements on Annual Basis
Assisting in requirement for DIAL and Corporate financing activities
Allocation of work between subordinates/ SSC and monitoring thereof, Team learning requirements.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interacting with auditors, corporate team and other stakeholders as per requirement.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interacting with finance team person, SSC , MAG Team and occasionally with management team

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Must be part of a listed Organization and handled the financials with Balance sheet of Rs.8000 crore at least. Must be proficient in MS excel, MS word and PPT.
  • Experience of working in SAP ERP.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

  • Must have experience of handling team of 2-3 persons, good communication skills.
  • Experience of working in Aviation/ Infra sector

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Chartered Accountant
  • B.Com
  • SAP ERP knowledge

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 8-10 years post-qualification experience
