Job Description

Showroom Executive will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service to the walking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting the walk-in customers To ensure that walking clients are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times. Promote Sales by demonstrating products and explaining our services to walk in clients Maintaining contact lists and visitors records and sending daily reports to the reporting Manager Handling Customer Queries and getting them resolved on a timely basis. Handling administrative work and making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly. Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards Updating client details and regular follow ups To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times

Requirements

Qualification: Any GraduateTotal Experience: Minimum 3 yearsSkills Required: Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases. Top-notch training and mentoring skills. Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities. Excellent written skills.
