Responsibilities:

• To design architecture in accordance with the V-cycle or Agile development process and the product quality requirements:
  • Specification analysis, reading and review
  • Description of operational, functional and physical architectures
  • MBSE/ RBSE
  • Support during development and test phase
• Create, optimize and update logical and physical data models to support new and existing projects according to company standards.
• Perform Requirements Management in DOORS
• MBSE End to End Requirement simulation, modelling and validation using Cameo, MATLab, & Simulink.
• Model Based Development expertise in Aerospace or Automotive industry.
• Model based requirement generation and code generation. Model based testing. Logical and functional decomposition
• Demonstrate excellence in Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) Systems development (ARP4754A);
• System/Software Requirement development, System Design (use cases, sequence diagrams, logical diagrams), System Validation
• Should perform or able to Review System level DO 254/DO178C compliant System level testing
• Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
• Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
• Individual will be responsible for designing embedded product architecture, Systems design, system level requirements development, decomposing system requirements to lower level requirements, in a safety critical application in aerospace domain.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical skills required:
  • Mastery in embedded product design
  • Mastery in designing standards (like SysML, UML )
  • Skill in functional specification analysis, reading and review
  • Knowhow to define clear architecture regarding development and test teams expectations
  • Experience with architecture design tool (Enterprise Architect or MagicDraw tool is a plus)
  • Experience in Automotive area
  • Knowledge in safety domain (ISO 26262)
• Very Good understanding of DO 254/DO178C standards is mandatory
• Familiarity with Agile Development, and JIRA tool.
• Hands on Experience on IBM Rational DOORS in Requirements Management is required
• Cameo tool customization, Java/Rhino scripting
• Familiarity of Reliability calculations such as FMEA, FTA and Reliability Tools is an added advantage
• INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering is an added advantage.
• Strong Written, verbal communication with engineers, management, and non-engineering support staff
• Experience in working with suppliers or other external stakeholders is preferred
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment
