Job Summary Hiring For One of the Leading MNC Job Description

Take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered
Grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicate these
Proven focus on execution and identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress
Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams

Desired Profile

Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus
6 years awareness of Agile delivery environments and 10+ years of experience in end-to-end technology solution delivery
Experience designing, developing and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
Financial services experience, preferred
Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
