• Lead, guide and mentor a team of Process engineers, Data Engineers and Analysts, build and sustain a Real-time-Release (RTR) Model; Design specs to configure into the system, Data Quality Monitoring, Access Management, Service-Level Management, Incident Management
• Manage Business Rules and Change Management with Data Source owners ensuring zero impact to Digital Applications
• Escalate potential issues to management and serve as Analytical Strategist and Coordinator in crisis management
• Will implement streamlined data incident management processes with Data Source Owners
• Use the described processes to Develop and Sustain a Quality Product based on actual guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
• Actively review service levels and delivery against business requirements for the areas of the business supported

• A master s degree or higher in Engineering/Science or related fields
• Expert level understanding of the Pharma Manufacturing Process with an affinity for data and technology
• Strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a solid foundation in Manufacturing and its processes (preferably Pharma, Life Science or FMCG) and has made the crossover into technology - a mix of Engineering and Business
• Incumbent may also have a Supply Chain Manufacturing experience
• Functional experience in Data Analysis in the Life Science / Pharma (preferred) or FMCG (desirable) industries
• Strong Analytical, Scientific and Project Management skills at a Manufacturing facility or plant
• Strong functional skills using SAP-Production Planning (PP) Module, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other ERP Systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively on complex issues; handle multiple tasks, respect commitments, as well as experience in process improvement initiatives, process excellence and people coaching
• Connect seamlessly and communicate effectively with other relevant stakeholders in the Design / Data Standards Lead Team and Data Source Owners

• Acquainted with Advanced Process Controls (APC), Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tools, Multivariate Analysis (MVA), CPV, Real-Time-Release (RTR), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Familiarity with Azure; Azure tools and their implementation preferably with a coding /systems background
• Handling SQL / Python queries including data extraction, manipulation and metrics reporting
• Equivalent experience in FMCG can also be considered
