Job Summary Position : Executive Operations Domestic Location : Kolkata Qualification : Graduation / Tourism Degree Experience : 01-03 years in Tourism Operations. Freshers are also welcome. Responsibility :Handling of operations and post sales for outbound & domestic tours. Error free updating on CRM / Navision. Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them. Ability to review market QSR (Quality Service Report) diligently to improve confirmations by targeting awaiting queries, understanding reasons for cancellation, sending regular reminders, making suggestion where required, strengthening relationship with agents to confirm more queries.
