Job Description:

Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Inside Sales Executives for its domestic voice process for ICICI Bank (Credit Card Sales). The role requires confident communication and sales skills to reach potential customers via outbound calls and offer credit card solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to promote ICICI Bank credit cards.

Handle customer queries and close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records and follow compliance protocols.

Meet daily and monthly targets as set by the management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 03 years experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.

Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.

Language Skills: Good command over English.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 14,000 to 25,000 (based on experience and performance)
