Job Summary

Communicate to senior management/client about ongoing initiatives on a regular basis (Strong communication skills required).
Ensure company's websites ( across platforms ) are technically optimized to attract and engage target audience.
Create and/or modify the existing technical architecture to achieve desired growth rates for quality traffic.
Build systems to ensure that entire content is optimized across all platforms (website and mobile ) to provide the best user experience.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
Develop and implement link building strategy.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Manage a team of SEO executives to deliver against the defined SEO strategy.
Define and work towards achieving set traffic growth targets and evaluate the team against those targets.
Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.
