Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor/ Advisor for our organization. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads of prospective students who are planning to sign up for educational programs.

Utilizing and maintaining student database
Provide necessary information required for the purpose of admissions
Identify student s questions, doubts, concerns and overall needs
Generate leads for clients by screening students and identifying potential opportunities
Ensure all the voicemails are answered immediately
Handle student s concerns respectfully and professionally
