Role
We are looking for a young and driven person to manage our NGO partnerships for the CSR vertical. As an organization that facilitates fundraising for nonprofits, we need a very strong candidate to lead the sourcing and evaluation of non-profit proposals.
This role involves handling the entire proposal sourcing engine, end to end, with complete ownership and responsibilities, in a very hands-on fashion.
Responsibilities
Understand the requirements of the donor and identify the right nonprofits that fit
Collaborate with NGOs to receive detailed proposals and evaluate them
Continuously work towards process improvement and making the system more efficient & robust
Making PPTs for recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Extensive cross functional collaboration within the team as well as external stakeholders
Completing all assigned tasks within the expected timelines and SLAs
Requirements
Process orientation with a growth and learning mindset
Eye for details and a logical approach to problem solving
High energy and passion for doing impactful work
Undergraduate from Tier 1 college. Post Graduation is a plus.
3+ years' experience of working in a non-profit, consulting or a social enterprise
Comfort in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, with regular stretch requirements
