Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Marketing Cloud -Email Studio and Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, AMP Script/SSJS thereby enabling the clients to plan, personalize and optimize the customer journey.
• Proficiency in SFMC Administrative tasks like creating Roles, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events.
• Worked with SOAP, REST API to handle various tasks like invoke triggered sends, push and pull data to/from Data Extensions, Initiate journey etc
• Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns and communicate requirements to the primary vendor.
• Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Develop a personification strategy.
• Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
• Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
• Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
• Excellent communication skill
