Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have experience in salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Must have hands-on experience of giving Salesforce out of the box features demo to clients
• Perform Business Analysis with key stakeholders to determine the project scope.
• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and review Understanding, SRS, SDD Documents with developers and clients
• Work with developers in the design phase of the feature to ensure a full understanding of intended functionality and to improve usability.
• Ensures that projects are completed on time and meet all business and system requirements.
• Conducts all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Aware of Agile development methodologies. Experience to write and manage stories.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the client(s).
• Should have exceptional consulting, client engagement, and communication skills.
• The candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.

• Strong presentation skills
