Experience Required:
- Hands-on in a retail consultancy or the retail practice of consulting companies or in Operations of reputed Retail organizations.
- In a retail company in planning or merchandising or supply chain or Management Reporting function.
- As a functional consultant in a supply chain product company or Retail company.
- As a Business/Functional Analyst in ERP Project
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Converting business requirements into functional requirements.
- Interacting with the solution architect in supporting to architect the solution.
- Coordinating with the development team on a day-to-day basis to develop the specifications into the product solution.
- Writing test cases which meet the business requirements and ensuring that the solution gets tested accordingly.
- At times he/she would also have to interact with the clients to clarify requirements
Skills required:
- Understanding of the retail supply chain, ERP Business Logic, Finance & Accounts Basic/Advance logic.
- Excellent analytical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Process mapping understanding of tools like Visio.
- Expert in excel. Good communication, Documentation and presentation skills.
- Very Methodical
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Business Analyst skill with 2+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Kolkata
Experience Required :
2 to 9 Years
