Specific Job Requirements:

• Sampling of sterile materials
• Routine microbiological testing and trouble shooting
• BET Testing
• Culture preparation, maintenance and sub-culturing
• Sterility testing
• Preparation and modification, if required, of microbiological test procedures and specifications
• Microbiological assays
• Microbiological testing of various waters and water trends
• Operation, calibration and validation of instrument/equipments in the microbiology testing section
• Media fill validation
• Interpretation and compilation of data
• Maintaining GLPs
